This is a model kit of the Nissan R89C, which raced on the 24 Hours of Le Mans in 1989. The full size car, which is faithfully reproduced in 1/24 scale was powered by a 3,496cc V8 DOHC turbocharged engine capable of 800hp. The aerodynamic body shape reduced drag and provided smooth airflow to the oil cooler and turbo intercooler.
