Beautiful antique Chinese ginger jar with an emerald-green crackled glaze and molded floral panels. Produced in southern China’s Shiwan kilns (Guangdong Province) during the late Qing to early Republic period (c.1880–1930), this jar exemplifies traditional provincial greenware craftsmanship.

The lead-silicate glaze pools into deep jade tones, highlighting the relief designs and natural firing variations. The jar retains a period brass lid with a soft patina, likely added for export or reuse. Includes brass base.

Measures approximately 6–7″ tall. In very good antique condition with typical glaze crackle and oxidation from age. A fine display or collector’s piece of Shiwan pottery and traditional Chinese celadon-style ceramics.
