Antique moving music box clown

1950s clown that plays music and arms and head move with it when you wind him up. . You can sit him anywhere flat and his feet hang over. His face hands and feet are ceramic? Fabric clothes and not surewhat his body is Styrofoam is my guess. He's in excellent condition except for the ruffle thing around his neck is loose. Besides that he's damage, stain , wear and tear and smell free. He's a little dirty his face but no chips or scratches in the paint and no damage to his clothes or insides. His shoes are like new. He looks brand new but you also know he's not. No chips or breaks. Offers welcome!
