Decorative vintage scissors with ornate scrollwork handles and oval portrait medallions. One side features a portrait of Theodore Roosevelt; the reverse has a female portrait commonly attributed to Edith Roosevelt. Marked “D. PERES / SOLINGEN / GERMANY” and “MAGNETIC” on the shank. Steel construction with a silver-tone finish and long pointed blades.
