This is a domestic, opened-box, beautiful-condition figure of ARTFX J Victor Nikiforov. It includes the Kotobukiya shop exclusive bonus "interchangeable face parts" shown in the 6th and last images.

As you can see in the 3rd photo, the outer box has a small tear at the top of the back and some peeling at the corner of the front. There are also some scratches and scuffs, but overall, I think it's fair to say the condition isn't extremely bad. There are no missing parts, and the parts and the main body have little sign of use and are clean and in good condition.
