One of my top 2 best wins at a storage auction- however these run small. EU 45 is typically a US 11 (Balenciaga’s sizes run weird/one up in shoes ?) these fit like a US mens 10.5. So the sizing is women’s/unisex. I wore them once. Ok This is not the original box. The box went to the hightop version. Comes with 2 extra pairs of laces, shoe backpack/carrier, and box. If you don’t won’t the box then message me, and feel free to ask any questions. Tried to take as many pics in multiple lighting set ups.
