This is a 9 inch in diameter plate made by Enoch Wedgwood, England for Avon for Christmas 1977 in a pattern called Carollers In The Snow.
The plate is the 5th edition in the Christmas Plates series and has a lovely nostalgic design of a group of villagers sing Christmas carols outside a lighted home by a Christmas tree.
The plate has a pale blue border, gold trim and is in very good +++ used vintage condition with no chips, cracks or wear. There is a bit of normal glaze crazing, normal for this age and material.
