Factory defect Snap-on 3/8 drive 21mm impact 6 point socket. See photos. Is not functional. 3/8 drive is not quite 3/8. Not a mistake of 1/4 inch, it's somewhere in between and will not fit on either size ratchet. Hole for retention is off by about 1/8 inch, almost drilled off the edge of the socket. No rust, obviously never used. Would be a great addition to someone's snap-on collection.
