This custom shredder was painted by myself and has no chips no scratches. Comes with his cape which can be stretched over his head or remove the head and put on that way. The cape does have a few marks on the inside flap. See pics. I think he looks better without cape so I left it off. Buyer can decide. Ships fast with care.
