Made by Designer Award Headware back in 1987 as a Commemorative item for attendees of the 50th Anniversary celebration for what was at tbe time the Largest and Best Test Facility for ship and hull design in the entire United States. To date it is still considered on of the best facilites ever built for this purpose.
