All pieces are present (including monkeys and polar bears) and overall the set is in good condition except for the following minor issues:
1. The tree on right side has a branch which has some damage, see photo #7.
2. There are areas of paint missing on and near the elephant on the entrance gate, photo #8.
3. Base (underside, not visible when displaying)-there is what looks like a paint drip on the right corner (this looks like a manufacturing defect to me) and a few small marks at the top. See photo #6.
4. There are some stains on the styrofoam. Sleeve also has some staining, corners are crumpled and creasing at edges.
