It's previously owned and used and in good pre-owned condition with two tiny stains by one of the ends. Please see the pictures. I can't tell the exact material. It can be wool, cashmere, or a mix of other materials. The label was cut off by the previous owner. Also, it has some shape issue especially the ends because it is ribbed and elastic. Please note that this item isn't brand new and doesn't have tags. It's good to get it cleaned properly before you wear. It'll be kept in a plastic bag to prevent smell and dust.
