**Sound & lights on tree are working. I don't think that the tree is supposed to rotate, but if it is, this one does not. The snowman does not talk or move. The arms can be moved manually.

****Tree has spots & stains, as shown in the photos. The bottom of one of the snowman's foot has a white spot. Garland is loose/ no longer attached on one area of the tree. There may be other flaws that I am not aware of.
