This is a Issey Miyake wrinkle-processed cut-and-sew top. The colors are a tricolor: orange at the neckline, gray at the chest, and black at the hem. The neckline is a mock neck/high neck (see the 4th photo). It's sewn with gray thread, and the cuffs and hem have gray thread accents on a black base (see the 7th photo). The design has a vibrant and stylish image overall. I think it's a rare item. The wrinkle processing gives it high elasticity, so I'm listing it as free size.
I purchased it over 20 years ago and wore it a few times. After that, I didn't have the opportunity to wear it, so I washed it and stored it in my closet at home for a long time. Since I haven't worn it much, I don't see any damage such as fraying or color fading, and I think the overall condition is good.
