This is a "New Old Stock" Electric Temperature Gauge from the Make Waves Instrument Corporation.
It could be called Vintage I guess. The company that made it is out of business...
There is a datecode on the price sticker 08-29-2017.
The box says for all 12v neg ground vehicles.
The dial says 100F to 280F, with 190F in the middle of the scale.
The gauge is still in the original wrapping. Was never opened.
The plastic wrap is yellow from age. ( I'm guessing the dial is probably white)
There is a red button on the front that you can push to change the color of the face to one of 7 colors.
It says "Easy to Install".
They must have thought it was pretty good since they gave it a 10 yr warranty!
This might be a good match for a vintage car.
