This listing is for the Hasbro Marvel Legends HASLAB Galactus brand new and factory sealed from Hasbro. All Tiers “stretch goals” are included with the Galactus Heralds (Silver Surfer w/ base, Frankie Ray Nova w/ base, Morg) and alternate Dr. Doom head and faceplates. LED lights in head and chest (4 x AA batteries not included). This figure is made up of 300+ pieces and stands 32” apposed to the standard 6” Marvel Legends action figure. Galactus has 70 points of articulation. 20 points of articulation just in his hand!!!

You can see that the shipping box that it was delivered in is factory sealed, but has an abrasion on the flat part of the box. Looking closely at the picture, you can see that it does not go through and only split the outer later of the cardboard.
