This is a beautiful art pottery Turtle planter with tan and purplish-brown glaze, made by 1960's pottery artist David Stewart. This lovely little Lions Valley Stoneware turtle is in wonderful condition, with no chips, cracks or crazing. His smiling face is utterly irresistible. Would make a lovely addition to any art pottery collection!
Measurements: 2.75" tall (bowl, not head), 7.25" wide (4.5" opening) & 10" nose to tail tip
