This is for a used 1997 Mr. Christmas Disney Carousel. It is supposed to light up, play music and turn. It no longer turns but does play music and lights up. If you are handy, maybe you can fix it? All characters are good except Scrooge. See picture of Scrooge missing a leg and he comes off. Purchased at Target in 1997. Does also play seasonal music as well!
