This affects sizes so a medium in a jacket with an athletic mountain fit will feel much tighter than the same size in a jacket with a high mountain fit as it is designed to be worn over far fewer clothes. The fit of each item of clothing is stated on its webpage. Montane clothing can come up a bit smaller fitting compared to other brands.
