Nigel Cabourn 5-pocket jeans.

These are denim with an extremely unique design.
First, the basic design is changed for indigo and other colors.
For indigo, 6, 7, and 8 count yarns are randomly used for the warp.
By weaving this on a power loom, a beautiful unevenness and a natural, fluctuating expression appear. Beige colored yarn is used for the weft.
The weft colored yarn is one of the specifications often seen in European vintage denim.
In the case of US-made denim, rope dyeing is usually used for the warp, but in Europe, warp yarn printing, where the warp is colored in a hung state, was often adopted. This method makes it difficult to increase the density and results in a light color, so ingenuity was used for the weft yarn. In other words, because the warp color is light, colored yarn was used for the weft to try to increase the overall density as much as possible. This fabric combines the techniques of US warp and European weft.
The indigo warp uses Indian indigo. This fabric has a blackish tint compared to regular indigo. This is a characteristic of natural Indian indigo. In other words, this blackish blue cannot be produced with chemical indigo.

The design is based on two types of orthodox vintage denim, which are reflected in the front and back panels, respectively.
