Orchid Cactus starter plants [Epiphyllum pumilum]

You will receive two (2) well-rooted plants, minimum 6" to 8" in length (typical plant in 2.5" pot); grower's choice. Plant ships bare root. Pot not included.
Plants for sale are grown in a home environment using commercially available potting media with organic fertilizer and pest control. Bundled plants available - plant up to 4 in a 6" pot.

Originally collected in the 1890's, Epiphyllum pumilum is a species orchid cactus with a native range extending from Mexico to Guatemala. Pumilum is day-blooming, producing fragrant white flowers in summer. Plants prefer filtered sun to partial shade and are drought tolerant. Foliage is green, strap-like, and fleshy, with a graceful, pendant growth habit. Flowers are moderate sized for an orchid cactus (up to 5 inches across), white and fragrant. Mature plants can grow to 5 meters in size in their native habitat.
