This item does turn on and is able to get into safe mode. The issue is no matter what firmware or usb is being used for the update, it gets frozen at “checking please wait”. Seems like a disc or something is stuck in the disc drive because it’s not able to take in a disc. Screws are missing along with the card & hard drive plates. Look carefully at pictures to see quality. Ships the next day and will be packaged well. Delivery can take 1-8 business days depending on distance and carrier. Please reconsider purchasing if you need it sooner.
