RARE Vintage 1987 Kenner Fashion Star Fillies Feelin’ Fancy Joelle Doll Horse

Feelin’ Fancy Joelle is one of the rarer fillies from Kenner’s Fashion Star Fillies line, which means she was cherished, styled, and eventually introduced to scissors with confidence.

Her hair is in good condition overall, though it has been cut. The tail is shorter than originally intended, the braids have also been trimmed, and there is a small section of her mane cut right at the base. Please see photos for full transparency and to bear witness to past grooming decisions.

Despite appearances, her tail is longer than it looks. The curl creates an illusion of loss, but when straightened, it does reach her hooves, as shown in the photos. Time and styling choices are powerful forces.

She is not mint, not pristine, and not pretending to be either. Still, she remains a rare Feelin’ Fancy Joelle and would make an excellent addition for collectors missing this filly and who understand that rarity often comes with a backstory.
