Vintage original Belgian film poster from the initial 1946 Belgian release of the Universal supernatural anthology “Flesh & Fantasy” starring Barbara Stanwyck, Edward G. Robinson & Charles Boyer. The film was initially released in U.S. in 1943.
Belgian film poster for first release in 1946 of supernatural anthology “Flesh & Fantasy” (“Obsessions” as retitled in Belgium). The professionally linenbacked, restored poster (14.25”x21.75”) is in fine to very fine condition with signs of wear & tear such as smudges & marks primarily in borders & mark on side of Boyer’s forehead. Restorer did sporadic touch-up to folds along with 2 small areas of spot touch-up on left corner which shows crease, small area of paper loss in bottom border that does not impact the image & light border & fold line wear. Due to wartime paper shortage while WWII on-going, poster was printed on back of city street map that may faintly show thru. Collectors who appreciate very accurately rendered artwork to realistica
