Royal Doulton "King Henry VIII" Home Office Bone China Collectible Decor Jug

This is a magnificent Royal Doulton "King Henry VIII" vintage character jug. It was first introduced in 1975 and retired in 1997. Item number is D 6642. It from the Henry VIII Six Wives Series. It was sculpted by Eric Griffiths. This piece pays tribute to one of the most famous kings of the 15th Century. If you know the story of King Henry VIII not only, he reigned for many years, he also was known for having many wives and that he loved to his food. The jug has King Henry's image in the front. He has mesmerizing blue eye that pierce the sole when you look at them. He has on a large hat with lots of expensive jewels and diamonds. He's wearing a burgundy with black tunic and ruffled white collar. In addition, he has his iconic items for the handle which are the grey tower together with a plume feather. He has beautiful grey hair under his iconic hat. This is a handmade and hand decorated character jug. It is 6 1/2" tall. Excellent condition. No chips, cracks, or scratches. No box.
