This does work just a couple of notes. The case is not flush so you have to repair to get it closer to the insert lip for the Sega Genesis. This does turn on and does spin the cd but it makes a weird noise and doesnt read disk I think the gears need to be cleaned so it can get a smooth disk run or adjust the laser. I dont have time to repair so just selling it out. Should be pretty easy and straightforward.
This also does include both manuals which can be hard to get at the same time.
