I sent this console out to a buyer and packaged it very well the buyer agreed.
The box during shipping was destroyed shattering the console inside.
When i talked to mercari support about shipping insurance they said the pictures of the shattered console match the ones shown and theres no visible damage even tho it was in pieces absolutely hust trying to avoid paying out they are scammers.
