For Sale PlayStation 2 console SCPH-18000. This is the third revision of the console from 2000, essentially the launch edition. This version was not released outside of the Japanese market. It is also the first version with an improved kernel. You can safely skip the 10000/15000 models. The console has been modified for use in Europe. You do not need a voltage converter—the power supply has been replaced with one that works with 240V outlets. Due to region lock, only Japanese discs will run directly. However, I am including a special MX4SIO memory card with a microSD card, onto which you can load backup game copies—and those will run any region without issue. Games loaded from the memory card run at full speed with no problems loading cutscenes. Additionally, the memory card comes preloaded with the latest FreeMCBoot, along with several useful applications such as UlaunchELF, Open PS2 Loader, etc. For its age (26 years old), the console is in excellent condition—no scratches or discoloration.
