The National Diet Library also possesses a document titled "Photo Album of the Completion Ceremony and Imperial Tour of the Imperial Capital Reconstruction."

The Imperial Capital Reconstruction Completion Ceremony was a ceremony to celebrate the completion of the reconstruction project of the Imperial Capital (Tokyo) after the Great Kanto Earthquake, held on March 26, 1930 (Showa 5) in front of the Nijubashi Bridge. It was a momentous day marking the success of the large-scale urban redevelopment led by Shinpei Goto's Imperial Capital Reconstruction Agency. Emperor Showa also attended, and it was held as part of a large-scale festival (Imperial Capital Reconstruction Festival) to celebrate the brilliant achievements of the reconstruction.
