If the yellow lining has discolored, I would expect it to have a mottled color, but it hasn't. I wonder if yellow lining was used in the first place, but I'm not sure. The dye is like sumi-e (ink wash painting). The person who likes the ivy pattern has many kimonos with ivy patterns, and they are by a certain artist.
