You'll stay nice and dry in the Totes hooded raincoat. The Khaki outer shell is 100% PVC. Nylon lining with a pretty peach flower print. Zip closure with velcro strips. Front pockets. Cuff sleeves. It has a locking drawstring if you want to cinch it at the waist. Raglan cut sleeves. Size XL. It measures 33 1/2" long. 22" across the top of the shoulders. 25 1/2" sleeves. Laying flat seam to seam it's 28" across under the arms, 27" at the waist, 28 1/2' at the hips. It's in very good condition with a couple minor issues. There is a small tear near the sleeve cuff that would be covered when the sleeves are cuffed. Also a small faint spot on the front right pocket. See last 2 photos. I ship same or next business day.
