This is a pile wristband from AFFA, a legendary brand that was a limited collaboration between Jun Takahashi of UNDERCOVER and Hiroshi Fujiwara of Fragment.
The blue-based tricolor design is super cool.
AFFA items from this era were produced in extremely small lots, making them difficult to obtain.
