I do not know many details about this piece of jewelry but what I do know is listed below. It is a 14K, solid gold chain and it appears on the holder of the coin that it is also a 14K gold. (Please look at the photos in detail)
This was my mother-in-law’s and upon her passing, it was passed down, so we know she had it for quite a long time. I do not have the weight as I don’t have a way to weigh it so please if you ask, I do not have that answer. Also, I am assuming based on some research I have done that the coin is also real gold. I have no way of telling because it is in the setting of the necklace.
