Beautiful and rare mid-century illuminated vanity or makeup mirror made by Acme Specialty Mfg. Co. of Toledo, Ohio. Model 9008 features a gold-plated metal body with perforated patterned diffuser panels that glow warmly when lit. The mirror tilts for perfect angle adjustment and sits on a graceful tripod stand with curled front leg detail. Uses two standard 40A15 bulbs (included or optional).
Stamped label on interior reads:
> Care of gold plated surfaces – use mild soap and water solution with flannel cloth to maintain lustre. Do not use an abrasive material.
