Elegant Dobbs wool felt hat size 7 1/8. From around the 1950's or earlier. Dark navy, almost black. It looked black to me until I got it in a different light. Fishnet mesh veil has tiny fuzzy ball along the hem edge. Can be tucked inside the brim if you want to wear without it. Molded wool felt. Excellent condition. No wool damage or veil damage. The only minor issue is some light soiling to the front part of the inside band. I ship same or next business day.
