This is a vintage new sealed embroidery kit by Wonderart
It is for a 5.5 inch picture kit
It includes everything you need (minus the frame)
Packaging claims to include a frame offer inside however since this is vintage I am not sure if that offer would still be valid. I am going to say that it is not but this is sealed so I cant say for sure.

Manufacturing pie tag looks like it has been removed and left the sticky paper behind on the front.
