Cute pair of pink pettipants/blooms with layers of ruffled lace. These have an elastic waistband and elastic in the legs -which is loose from age. The waist is in very good condition. These bloomers are fashioned from nylon and are in very good vintage condition, there is one very faint spot near the waist band, but otherwise no issues aside from the looser leg elastic.
