Vintage 90s/Y2K Jump spaghetti strap ruched bust empire waist open back metallic sheen gown in blue made in the USA. It looks black with a blue sheen/shimmer. There is glitter down the front. There is a zipper closure at the back with two ties above it at the open back. The left strap has come open a bit at the seam right at about the shoulder. This can be seen in the last photo. The hanger straps have been cut out.
